THE REBELLION STARTER KIT
You've Learned a Lot About MS. But What About the Woman Living With It?
You've spent years trying to understand what's happening inside your body.
But what if there's more to your story than symptoms, scans, and medications?
The Rebellion Starter Kit brings together research, personal insight, and practical tools to help you ask different questions, recognize old patterns, and become a more confident participant in your own care.

You Were Given a Diagnosis.
But Were You Ever Given the Whole Picture?
You learned what MS was doing to your body. You learned about lesions, inflammation, medications, and what might happen next.
But how much did you learn about what might have contributed to your MS in the first place? And what about everything happening in your life outside of MS?
The stress you've learned to live with, the emotions you've gotten good at hiding, the needs you've put aside, and the parts of yourself you may have lost touch with along the way.
There's more to your story than your diagnosis.
The Rebellion Starter Kit invites you to look at that bigger picture.
Instead of telling you what to believe or promising you answers no one can guarantee, you'll get research to consider, questions to ask your neurologist, and insight to understand what's driving the woman behind the diagnosis.

I Built What I Wish I Had

When I was diagnosed with MS, I was told my immune system was attacking my body. My first questions were, "Why is this happening to me?" "Why is my body doing this?" and "Is this my fault?"
No matter who I asked, I wasn't getting any clear answers. So I started looking for them myself. What began as a search to understand my body eventually led me to question how I'd been living my life. The pressure I put on myself. The things I tolerated. The needs I ignored. And how much of myself I'd lost along the way.
Twenty years later, I'm still asking questions. Only now, I'm helping other women ask a few of their own. That's why I created this Starter Kit. I want women to have access to the information, tools, and questions I wish someone had given me when I was first diagnosed.
Because there's a whole lot more to your story than what shows up on an MRI.
MS might be part of your story, but it doesn't have to write the rest of it.
Your rebellion starts here.
